# Celebrating a Milestone: 500 LeetCode Questions in 7 Months
Hello everyone! I’m excited to share a significant milestone I recently reached in my programming journey. After starting my LeetCode adventure just seven months ago, I’ve successfully solved 500 questions on the platform! 🎉
## My Journey So Far
Currently, I’m a third-year Computer Science student. My journey into the world of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) began during my second and third semesters when I completed two algorithms courses. While these courses provided a solid foundation, I felt the need for more hands-on practice to truly grasp the concepts and improve my problem-solving skills.
That's when I stumbled upon LeetCode. Initially, it was a bit overwhelming. The sheer volume of problems and the varying levels of difficulty made me question my ability. However, I was determined to push through and improve. Little did I know, this decision would significantly enhance my understanding of algorithms and data structures.
## Achievements Beyond LeetCode
While LeetCode has been a substantial part of my learning, I didn’t stop there. I also ventured into competitive programming by participating in Codeforces contests. So far, I’ve solved around 120 questions on that platform. The adrenaline rush of competing and the challenge of solving problems in real-time has been both exhilarating and educational.
## Keeping Track of My Progress
To keep track of my progress and organize the knowledge I’ve gained, I maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet. It’s a great way to reflect on what I’ve learned, identify areas for improvement, and keep my problem-solving skills sharp. You can check out my tracking spreadsheet [here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1r2MdcXw-qoMZceaKXtBYSMKJdRJTqXxp_0JfBEqxgRk/edit?gid=0#gid=0).
Additionally, if you’re curious about my LeetCode profile, feel free to explore it [here](https://leetcode.com/u/lakkshyag/). It showcases my journey and the challenges I've tackled along the way.
## Community Support
I want to take a moment to acknowledge the supportive community that has surrounded me during this journey. The encouragement from fellow coders, whether it’s through congratulatory comments or sharing resources, has played a crucial role in keeping my motivation high. Here are some notable comments from my recent post about reaching 500 questions:
- **"Can u share ur CF handle plz?"**
- **"Congrats!! Your Mediums + Hards is impressive."**
- **"Damn bhai w."**
These interactions remind me that we are all in this together, striving for improvement and excellence.
## Looking Ahead
Reaching 500 questions is just the beginning. I plan to continue challenging myself with harder problems, exploring new algorithms, and participating in more contests. My goal is not only to increase my problem count but also to deepen my understanding of each concept.
If you’re on a similar journey or thinking about starting one, I encourage you to dive in. The world of coding is vast and filled with opportunities for growth. Remember, every problem you solve brings you one step closer to mastering DSA.
Thank you for reading! I look forward to sharing more milestones with you all as I continue my coding journey.
